KG Davis, of RB Davis Construction, has had life-long involvement in residential development and construction. From an early age, KC helped his father in any way he could with the family business.

KC's father, Dick Davis of Four-Squared Development, grew up on a 50 acre farm, which is now the site of his latest development, Cedar Ridge of Bonner Springs. Long-time friend Ron Hamilton, Hamilton Homes, accompanies KC in the builder team at this exciting new community.

Dedication, commitment to quality and tradition are the components that shape and drive RB Davis Construction and Hamilton Homes. Both builders design their own floor plans, providing homebuyers the character and charm of a truly extraordinary home.

You won't catch either builder behind a desk. You can find them on the job site everyday. The homeowner deals directly with the builders from the beginning to the end, making the entire process fun and rewarding. RB Davis Construction offers a variety of floor plans including 2-story, 1-1/2-story and reverse 1 1/2-story. Each custom plan features a stylized design that is consistent throughout the home from the front door to the custom cabinetry, trim work and tile. The "themes" include craftsman style, cottage, prairie and traditional.

Hamilton Homes also offers an assortment of plans including 2-story, front-to-back and ranch. Ron Hamilton's motto is "keep it simple," making functionality a priority in his designs. Ron has experience in all aspects of homebuilding, ensuring top quality from framing to finish. All Hamilton Homes feature 3-car garages.
